Martin Aircraft had the pleasure to host Senior Delegation from China North Industries Corporation at our production and testing facilities in Christchurch, New Zealand. The delegation was led by President Wang Yulin who had made the journey to personally inspect the Martin Jetpack and our manufacturing facilities.
Ranked number 154 of global Fortune 500 companies, The China North Industries Corporation (Norinco) has an impressive set of business statistics including turnover of some US$400 Billion and work force of nearly 28 million employees
Norinco manufactures vehicles (trucks, cars and motorcycles), machinery, optical-electronic products, oil field equipment, chemicals, light industrial products, explosives and blast materials, civil and military firearms and ammunition. Norinco is also involved in both domestic and international civil construction projects as well as petroleum and mineral exploration.
After an introductory meeting with the Senior Management team and a tour of our production facilities at Martin Aircraft, Mr Wang and his delegation travelled to the local Air Base where we are currently filming for our new capability video. This provided our guest the opportunity to see one of our aircraft first hand in an operational setting and to speak with our test pilots which they enjoyed immensely.
